Taylor Goldston, M.Ed., LPC
I began as a high school English teacher and quickly discovered that what I enjoyed most about teaching was everything found in therapy. I have worked at a Safe House, providing care for survivors of emotional abuse and domestic violence; with inmates in jail and prison; patients in psychiatric hospitalization; teens living in foster care; and through my private practice, where I specialize in seeing individuals of all ages who struggle with depression, anxiety, life changes, and stress.

We're all doing our best, and our best sometimes doesn't feel as good as we'd like--so we make our best better. Whether you're in a rut, or find that all of your energy is barely getting you to the next exhale, there are times in every person's life when therapy is one of the answers. Sometimes we just need to check in, hear our thoughts aloud, and verbally purge the worries and hurt. Other times we find ourselves needing to heal, accept, and let go.
